1. What We Collect

When you use MyHoodClean, we collect:

• Account info: Email address and password (password is encrypted, we never see it)
• Company info: Company name, address, phone, email, license numbers, tax ID — what you enter in Settings
• Customer data: Restaurant names, addresses, contacts, kitchen profiles — what you enter for your customers
• Job data: Cleaning checklists, conditions, notes, deficiency reports, grease depth readings
• Photos: Before/after photos you upload during jobs
• Signatures: Customer signatures captured on screen
• Location: GPS coordinates at job start (only if you grant permission)
• Invoice data: Amounts, due dates, payment status

2. How We Use It

We use your data only to provide the Service:

• Store and display your customers, jobs, and reports
• Generate PDF compliance reports and invoices
• Calculate compliance due dates
• Sync your data across devices

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or any purpose other than providing the Service.

3. Who We Share It With

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third parties. Period.

The only third-party services that process your data are:

• Supabase (database and file storage) — your data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure with encryption at rest
• Cloudflare (web hosting) — serves the application files

4. Data Security

Your data is protected by:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encryption at rest (Supabase infrastructure)
• Row Level Security — each user can only access their own data
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt (we never store or see your password)

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. Deleted items are soft-deleted (hidden but retained for compliance purposes). If you delete your account, we will delete all your data within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all your data (visible in the app)
• Export all your data (Settings → Data → Export)
• Delete your data (delete individual records or contact us for full account deletion)
• Correct your data (edit any record in the app)

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
